I was going to ask about Charles at the reunion and just forgot. He was heavy on my mind. Charles was a person who had a smile that was contagious. He was a nice person to me. I remember him in grade school when we played kick ball he would literally kick the ball out of the grounds.
I have been trying to track Burpo down for years. He and I had a common friend in Tulsa, who recently passed away, who could not locate him either. With the information I had, the internet finally led me to Phoenix, July 26, this year. What a Bummer that was. Maxwell and I are still trying to trace Charlie's brothers to learn more. I had a Blast with Charlie and trust he is in a better place.
