David was related to my step mother, we were introduced a couple of times and we talked and had fun. We never really hung out together but he was always up beat and fun to be around. He was a kind good hearted person.
I grew up with David at Garrison Elementery. He also went to Indian Hills Swim pool with many of us. I remember at a teen night one night we were all having a grand time. Jae Pierce was there that evening and we were all playiing "Spank the Baby" off the diving board. Dave was playiing right along with us. He had us all laughing so hard and I know he was having a great time too.
