Joan was a good, kind soul who also knew how to have a lot of fun! She used to drive me, Beth Sharlow, Kitten Story, and Deanna Classen (class of 1972) around in her sister's famous old red Volvo with the head of the North High Redskin painted on the side. What a sight we were! She was loved and will be missed.
