I'm very sorry to inform you that our classmate, Mardee Koester Dill, passed away on Wednesday, September 21st, after a short illness due to cancer. She was married to David Dill, North High class of 1970, who passed away in 2013. She is survived by her daughter, Kylee, and 3 granddaughters. As far as we know, she did not plan to have a memorial service.
I have not been able to find an obituary, as of yet.

To my misfortune I never kept up with Mardee. She was in Journalism class with me. She was on the staff of the Star and on the Tower staff. I remember how hard we made her work to get everything just right for the yearbook. She was always supportive.
