Sadly, David passed away on January 8, 2020, after a long battle with multiple myeloma.  We're still waiting to learn when David's funeral/memorial service will be, but we'll post it here when we learn.  Here's a link to an interesting article commemorating David's career as the former longtime president and CEO of the Investment Adviser Association in Washington:
